Current website

The current static website does not require a website account and does not contain a free-product registration form.

CloudCutter Trial download statistics

When the CloudCutter archive is requested, the distribution service may record:

• product and release identifier;
• request time, result, HTTP status and response size;
• country code supplied by Cloudflare;
• referring hostname and CF-Ray identifier;
• salted hashes of the IP address and User-Agent, when the security salt is available.

Raw IP addresses and raw User-Agent strings are not stored in the download-events table. A recorded event means that the server issued the file response; it does not prove that the browser retained the complete file.

Trial activation

CloudCutter Trial activation is completed inside the application. The licensing service processes the verified email domain, organization, device seat, device session and Trial status for activation and security purposes.

Future free registered downloads

Future free products may require email verification to provide download statistics and revision access without time or device limits. Product-update messages and information about new VoxelStudio products will use separate optional consent choices. Those choices will not be preselected.

Security

Do not send email verification codes, encrypted device-session cache files, confidential point clouds or private company data through an untrusted channel.

Changes

This notice may be updated as new products, registration functions and communication preferences are added to the platform.
